Rewards
YonderFly’s rewards system does not accept, transfer, or trade any active Travel Advantage Miles or similar mileage programs. In accordance with applicable laws, we only accept previously used (“dead”) miles, expired tickets, and travel receipts for the sole purpose of calculating leaderboard rankings and issuing site rewards. No real travel miles or financial value are exchanged or transferred through this program.
Refunds for Luggage Recovery Service
Payments for luggage recovery services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. You may be eligible for consideration—please refer to the Terms of Service page for full details.
Initiation occurs as soon as the client provides payment and the recovery process begins, including data collection and active coordination with airlines or airports.
While we make every effort to recover lost luggage promptly, we cannot guarantee recovery. Our service provides expert tracking and coordination, not insurance or replacement of items.
In the unlikely event that the service has not yet begun, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Every member account includes a lottery ticket (RAFFLE) number, each month one account wins the Travel Lottery Ticket. (no purchase required to enter). If you have won the Travel Lottery, the ticket will be sent via email. the QR code on the ticket can be scanned to redeem your reward. The prizes may include a trip to DisneyWorld, 3 day Royal Caribbean Cruise, flights to top travel destinations and more. Duplicate member account creation to circumnavigate the raffle process violates our terms of service and by doing so you forfeit your Travel Lottery Ticket. Lottery!
