YonderFly’s rewards system does not accept, transfer, or trade any active Travel Advantage Miles or similar mileage programs. In accordance with applicable laws, we only accept previously used (“dead”) miles, expired tickets, and travel receipts for the sole purpose of calculating leaderboard rankings and issuing site rewards. No real travel miles or financial value are exchanged or transferred through this program.
Refunds for Luggage Recovery Service
Payments for luggage recovery services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. You may be eligible for consideration—please refer to the Terms of Service page for full details.
Initiation occurs as soon as the client provides payment and the recovery process begins, including data collection and active coordination with airlines or airports.
While we make every effort to recover lost luggage promptly, we cannot guarantee recovery. Our service provides expert tracking and coordination, not insurance or replacement of items.
In the unlikely event that the service has not yet begun, a refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
